We are looking for Relocation Representative.诚聘涉外安家顾问。

Job description:工作描述：
1. Company website operation and management.公司网站运营管理。
2.Daily House resources collection and updating. 日常房源收集和更新。
3.Help clients dealing some Housing issues. 协助顾客处理日常居家事务。
4. As an assistant in manager’s daily works. 协助经理处理一些日常工作。
5.Be in Charge of international moving cases. 负责处理国际搬家业务。
6.Receive foreign tenants and make a suitable housing plans for them.接待外籍租客，为其提供合适的居家方案。

Requirements:要求：
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree. 学历：大专和本科以上。
Major: No limit. As English is the basic working language, so English level be above CET-6 and Fluent Oral communication is a must. If you are bilingual employees, that would be preferable.
专业不限，但是英语是最基础的工作语言，所以英语水平必须公共六级以上且口语交际能力强。双语者优先。
Driving Licence: DL is a must.
驾证是必须的。
Working Experience:No limit. But basic computer skills，a certain commercial manners , a good communication ability and smart reflexes are must.
工作经验不限，但是基本的电脑办公技能，一定的商务礼仪、良好的沟通能力和敏捷的反应能力。
Core qualities: Employees should have a strong sense of responsibility, efficient execution and anti-pressure ability. 
核心品质：雇员应该具备较强的责任心、高效的执行力和一定的抗压工作能力。

薪资4000+绩效+提成，综合薪资8000-20000
